Installation:

❤. Engraving handle. Pedal switch is connected with the interface on the panel.

❤. Insert the air outlet pipe of the air compressor into the air inlet at the back of the engraving machine.

❤. It is recommended to install a pressure reducing valve and water distribution filter between the air compressor and the engraving machine to improve the performance of the machine.

Engraving machine operation guide:

1. Turn off the pressure adjustment knob and rotary handle switch to avoid damaging the pressure gauge and pressure reducing valve due to excessive pressure.

2. Turn on the power and turn on the power switch. (the indicator light is on).

3. Put the transfer switch in position 1 or 2.

4. Adjust the air pressure and speed, hold the carving handle in hand, step the foot switch to the maximum, and slowly adjust the pressure knob. The pressure gauge indicates 1.5 ~ 2kg / cm2. At the same time, adjust the rotation speed knob. Both of them are used to adjust. After the engraving handle has the maximum impact, press the pressure adjustment knob.

5. Release the foot switch, stop the engraving handle and load the cutter.

6. When the engraving handle is switched, turn the change-over handle to the position of ② and ① (it should be turned in place).

7. When the rotary engraving handle is needed to work, turn off the power switch, turn on the rotary handle switch, and adjust the pressure knob.

8. With the increase of pedal switch opening, the impact force can be controlled steadily from small to large.

Maintenance:

❤. After the engraving machine is used for a period of time, the water cup of the pressure reducing valve on the back of the machine should be drained.

❤. Add appropriate amount of No. 10 machine oil into the large and small carving handle! 3. If there is any fault, do not disassemble it blindly, please ask the staff to check and repair.
