Removed from a 2005 Honda Element

The headlight needs to be sanded and rebuffed

Somebody had some kind of protection sticker on top of it, and once they tried to take off the sticker a bunch of residue was left on the headlight. 

Otherwise all the mounts and tabs are good, genuine Honda headlight
