Condition: Exterior shell shows light/moderate signs of handling (some scratches) as this is a pre-owned vintage item. Hinge mechanism is smooth. Interior metal looks great, crystal/glass is very transparent with no visible signs of scratches. Liquid filled appears to be completely filled with no leaking! Adjustable arrow works and directional needle rotates properly as you rotate your direction. This is a great vintage piece in about as good a condition as you might be able to find!
