Very nice complete copies with covers and all pages firmly attached at both staples.  Minor flaws can include slightly blunted corners, minor spine stress lines, minor spine wear, and minor foxing.  They would grade in the Very Fine range in my not-a-professional-grader opinion.  Examine the photos and judge the grading for yourself before ordering.
