vintage seascape painting the frame is nice  the painting has staining from being matted.  which I point out needs new matting which would cover the color difference but because it has this problem calling as is condition  measures approx. 19 1/4 x 16 1/4 the piece at one time had a piece of glass to cover the piece but does not have one know the piece is dated and signed on the front and a description on the back
