Condition Report:

This Watch is an ex-display model and has minor signs of wear. There is a minor scratch at the 11, 12, 01 o'clock on the bezel (see photos). The Leather strap has minor wear.

We have professionally replaced the battery. The crown will be pulled while in storage to preserve the battery life. This watch has been professionally polished up ready for sale.

The item you see in the photo is the one you will receive. We do our best not to use stock photos when advertising an item on eBay. We like to show you the actual item you will be purchasing from us. For this reason we sometimes have to remove the manufactures protective film and wrapping to give you the best quality photos.

This is then carefully replaced back onto the item. Cotton gloves are used when handling a Watch, Sunglasses or any other type of delicate jewellery for its photo shoot.

Postage:

If ordered before midday, we aim to dispatch on the same working day. Sometimes this is not always possible. In this case, we will dispatch the next working day. Delivery normally takes two to three working days from the date the item was dispatched. If you do not receive your goods within 5 working days, Contact us and we will chase up your order. All high value items are sent special delivery and will be tracked. This item will be delivered via Royal Mail. If you are not in, don't worry. Royal Mail never leave any parcels on the door step. It will be returned to the depot. You then have the option of either requesting a redelivery at a time that best suits you, or you can choose to pick up the item at your local Royal Mail sorting office. Just remember to take the card that was posted through your letter box. You will also need a valid form of ID when picking up items from the sorting office. If box/bag arrives damaged, do not open the box/bag and contact us at the first instance. We may ask you to provide photos. This is so we can make a claim against the courier service. 

Returns:

We do accept returns on this item however, you will have to pay the return postage. You have 14 days from the arrival of your item to request a return. Return postage must be tracked. For this item, its recommended you send the item Royal Mail Special Delivery as you may not be covered for lost or damage during transit. Refunds will only be honoured once the item is back in our possession and the item is in the same condition as when it left. All items shown in the photos must be returned in the same box and must not be missing. Please see eBay's Terms and Conditions regarding Returns. We will not accept return regarding the defects mentioned in the description.
