DESCRIPTION

A layered black-and-pink tulle skirt with a diagonal striped black and pink waistband with ribbon ties in the back. I'm presuming it's a one size fits all and it's not meant to go all the way around otherwise your child would have to have a very slender waist.

Good used condition.
