As designed and published by Gustav Stickley in The Craftsman magazine approximately 100 years ago, over 60 plans and illustrations of beautiful and practical Mission-style furniture projects.

Unique to this publication are beautiful color photographs of actual antique Stickley produced furniture examples of many of the designs outlined. These are included with the gracious permission of Rago Arts and Auction Center, Lambertville, New Jersey.

Additionally included are, 29 extra pages of materials from Craftsman Homes (1909) by Stickley on:

About the Book on CD
Each book has been grayscale scanned at 400 dpi and saved in the easy to use Acrobat format. On the CD is the free Acrobat Reader software that will allow you to view each book with ease. (We also have an Auto-launching Start Up Menu that will allow you install the Reader software or go directly to any of the three books , in case you already have the Acrobat Reader)

You can zoom in on the pictures and text and it stay clear and crisp, not jagged or fuzzy. These can easily be printed with any standard printer , if you want a hard copy or maybe just a specific drawing / plan for a single project.

 




* Note:  The plans contained date from the early 1900's and as such are not as 'user-friendly' as ones that may be found in modern, current books on woodworking or furniture building. If you are a beginner you would be better advised checking out Popular Mechanics magazine versions of Craftsman plans for super detailed step by step instructions. The plans in this cd are better suited for experienced woodworkers familair with most common furniture making joints and those that are skilled enough to read between the lines.
