Remarks : All orders are on first come first serve basis as we sell on multiple marketplaces locally as well as internationally, therefore, order may subject to cancellation (refund will be made) or waiting for replenishment if stock has become unavailable. 

Shipping:

1. Item will be packed by quality bubblewrap to ensure maximum protection during delivery.

2. Your order will be processed for shipping within 2-3 business days (not including weekends or public holiday). We will contact you if it is delay due to certain situations.

3. Item will be shipped out from Malaysia via Registered Post. It will be routed via your national post service provider.
   Tracking number will be uploaded and email message will be sent to you once it's shipped.
Shipping website for tracking (depending on which courier service is applied) will be provided once it is picked up by shipper.
 
4. As the seller, we shall not be liable for any extra cost/ charge/ tax imposed by your custom upon arrival.

5. Item should reach your address within 2-4 weeks depending on country/region, subject to custom clearance and countries destination.

6. Kindly contact us should you fail to receive your item within 21 business days so that we could track and trace your item. 

Return Policy:

1. All sales are Final and Non-negotiable.

2. Items can be returned for exchange within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

3. Before we ship the item, we will do a final check to make sure the item is in good condition. Thus, we won't bear any responsibility for any item damaged during shipping.

4. If the item is missing in the transit, we shall ship another one or refund 100% to the buyer.

5. If buyer received incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. Please provide picture's which incorrect item can be clearly shown. We will try to resolve the problem quickly and we will either refund or reship to buyer 

6. Please use "Registered Airmail" with tracking number if, In any case buyer wish to return the item due to order wrongly or have a change of mind, so that the item can be track and trace
