For your consideration is this antique French Parisian glass beaded handbag, a stunning piece of vintage craftsmanship. The bag features a beautiful motif of red, pink, and yellow roses with greenery, making it the perfect accessory for a special occasion. The handle is a chain, with a handle drop of 6 inches if doubled or 11 inches single.
The bag has been modified, as it was much longer and has been hand-stitched to shorten. The clasp is a push-button on a silver frame, and the bag measures 6.5 inches in height and 7.25 inches in width. The frame is embossed and reads "Made In France 151". This original Art Nouveau vanity bag is made of beaded material and was crafted in France in the 1900s.
Condition: Very Fragile. Some loss of beading observed and silk lining has disintegrated. Have not attempted to clean because of age and condition.
