This is for a mens size small goretex rain pants Realtree Xtra Camo pattern, they are water proof, breathable, and light weight, they zip up the legs about 12" for easier on and off with velcro tabs for tighter fit, they have a front side zip pocket, they zip up the front with top button, they are lined but not insulated as seen in pictures, they retail for $179.99 plus tax so approx. $195.00 total, some still have price on the tag some don't, they have belt loops and elastic in the waist band, camo patterns will vary just a little on each pair.
