This is for a Fishing Rod holder is about 29.5" long it is hard sided with carry handle, it is right at 2 3/4" across, might have a couple light scuffs if any at all, There is a tiny mark on the bottom barley see it doesn't affect anything, These are worth every penny, will probably cost you more if you break your rod and have to replace it or even worse get to where your fishing and it's broke, this way you can hike through woods etc without snagging anything, also protects rod if you set something on top of it accidently.
