This is for a mens size small / medium True Timber camo pants, they have the 3D affect, they have elastic in the waist line and measure about 12.5" across and stretch to about 15" across. There are no pockets they just fit over your clothes, I suppose you could wear them as is, they are fairly light weight.#2246
