Size is approximately 1:6 or a little larger. Bigger than a Barbie foot, but will (kind of) fit her if you are looking for a cute look, (The tennis shoes that come in the Mini Brands Fashion Series 3 balls have better sizes suited for Barbie, and I have a listing for some of those if you look under my other listings). These shoes look like they'd be well-suited for a Ken doll, but the opening of the shoe is too narrow and I was unable to get them on him (except for the air walk slides that are not pictured here for sale).
