This listing is for a new TYC 20-9391-90    . This item is a new part but has been damaged in handling the some point. We are unable to test the item but we have no reason to believe it won’t work. We are providing photos to show any visible imperfections or damage so you can see what you buying. We have also created a condition report (below in the description and separately in the photos) to point out any visible issues with this item. Please note that although you can contact us and we will accept return on this item, we can’t guarantee the bulbs or internal parts work and that you would need to replace yourself. This item will be not be sent in original al packaging, but in our boxes for the safest shipping.

If you are a resident of Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands, you must add $50 on the top of my shipping price in order for me to send this to you. We do not ship to any PO Boxes. We will not ship this item internationally, even through eBay Global Shipping.
