This conditioner bar harnesses the natural benefits of coconut oil and shea butter for hair to lock in moisture, leaving hair soft and hydrated naturally. And because it�s a solid bar, it�s ideal for travelling. Just like liquid conditioners, the conditioner bars are formulated to coat and condition - so unlike lathering as you would with shampoo, just rub the bar between your hands and apply, or gently rub the bar directly on to your hair. Our conditioner bars contain a high natural oil content to leave your hair soft and moisturised. Directions and Warnings: After shampooing, rub the bar between your hands and apply to the length and ends of your hair, or gently rub the bar directly on to your hair, avoiding the scalp. To ensure all oils are removed after conditioning, please fully rinse hair with warm water following use. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with clean water immediately. If irritation occurs, stop use. Keep out of reach of children. Storage: Let your bar completely dry between uses. Do not leave on a wet surface.

Our policy at Gudz is to process and despatch orders within 24 hours to ensure your goods get to you safely and quickly. If a situation arises where, for any reason, your order will take longer than 24 hours, we will contact you immediately, offering our apologies and the reasons for the delay.
Orders are shipped by Royal Mail or via courier. Royal Mail terms and conditions state that a parcel is not considered lost unless it has been in the postal system for over 14 days for UK mainland orders and 25 days for international. If your parcel is unfortunately undelivered or lost, please first check with your local post office to see if it is being held for collection. Failing this, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will strive to sort out a replacement package.
Please note, we are unable to send you a replacement package until it has passed the time frame specified for lost packages. Furthermore, we only consider processing claims for lost items within 90 days of dispatch.
Returns

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply follow the returns procedure by contacting us through eBay or directly at our registered email address indicating the reason for return along with your eBay user ID.
Goods need to be returned within 30 days of delivery. Goods should be unopened, unused and in its original condition including all packaging, product boxes, labels & tags.
