I am a retired quilt shop owner and teacher and have these FIVE adorable mason jar gift bags for sale. They were "models" for a bag-making class in my shop. They are made from both vintage feed sack fabric and new reproduction fabrics. They are lined with pretty fabrics and have drawstring closures at the top.
