Listing for a Bogen Manfrotto 3066 Tripod Head with 3193 Black Aluminum Legs that you can extend out 1 time. The head has 1 handle and a quick release plate. The 3193 Legs extend and lock as they should.  NO feet--see pics.  One of the locks to lock the legs together on the bottom is broke, the other 2 locks are fine when wrapped up.  

*The Pan Locking mechanism is a tad loose---it locks at a 90 degree angle but if you OVER-lock it--it becomes loose again.
