This is a VINTAGE MASONIC (1971) PARKER PEN SET (ROYAL ORDER OF THE JESTERS-MIRTH IS KING with BILLIKEN CLIPS) the set is  12K Gold Filled cap and barrels. engraved on teh barrels is " GOLDEN ANNIVERSARY-TULSA COURT 47- PIER 66 JESTER REGATTA-1971 BILL KEELER  JOHN HOUCHIN HOSTS. NO damage and it would seem the set was not used.  The pen will need a fresh refill to write.  The Mechanical pencil extends and writes with no issues.
