This is a beautiful Backgammon Set. This was put away for a while. But I brought it back and cleaned it up. Its really looks amazing. I will add, There is play wear and checking in the wood. I am missing 1 of the dice holders. Otherwise everything is there. Please examine the pictures.

Here is a 1988 Franklin Mint Collector's Backgammon Board Game

Set - EXCALIBUR / CAMELOT. This is the first collector's

backgammon set ever issued by The Franklin Mint. The game

board is made of cherry hardwood and genuine detailed leather

with great Camelot Excalibur like accents adorning the leather. 

The game pieces are expertly crafted of 22 karat gold electroplate

on solid bronze. The opposing pieces are crafted of .999 fine

silver plate on bronze. Each piece is a character from the legend

of Excalibur & days of Camelot.
