This dress comes with its strap as a drawstring that ties in the front and can be adjusted in length on the waistline as desired. There are two ways to tie its straps;

1. As a halter dress, tie them around / back of the neck

2. As a strappy dress, tie them over the shoulders down on the 2 small loops on the back 

A traditional hand stamped cloth is used to produce this beautiful Batik design and pattern. This media tool like a stamp made of copper, it looks like a block with specific size and motif. There is no machines are used in this whole process and the fabric is naturally dried in the sun, it requires precision and a long process of making. The artisans use wax-resist dyeing method. They use wax to prevent dye from penetrating the cloth, leaving blank areas in the dyed fabric. The process, wax resist then dye, can be repeated over and over to create complex multi-color designs.
