Universal Stretch CV Boot Kit

Product Features:

The cut to size design on the CV Boot enables it to fit most cars which in turn reduces the amount of CV boots that are needed to be stocked.

As well as this the design of the boot allows for superior flexibility which minimalizes wear and tear especially when the vehicle is on full lock. 

Fits most cars as well as some 4x4’s and light commercial vehicles.

Fits joints measuring:
Shaft: 18-26mm
Joint: 56-116mm
Length: 58-128mm

Resistant to: Oil & grease, Abrasion, Grit, Extremes of temperature, Tear and impact damage

Can be fitted to trilobal/tripod joints, follow the simple step by step instructions. Can be fitted using the conventional cone method.

Fitting Instructions:
1. Trim the old boot about 10-15mm from the large joint end leaving, the trilobal part of the boot in position. 
2. Remove the old clamps and boot leaving the trilobal part in place.
3. Clean away and grease and debris from the shaft and joint.
4. Wipe the outside of the remaining trilobal part of the boot (all grease and debris needs to be removed to obtain a good seal).
5. Fit the new CV boot in the usual way, clamping the large end over the trilobal part of the old boot.
