Extremely rare early Vacheron & Constantin ladies pocket watch.

Extremely beautiful and intricate gold engraved case. 

Balance is in good condition freely spins, but it should be serviced for use.

Dial has damages, but overall condition is quite nice.

Serial number of 1443. Very low serial.

I also have matching men's model from Vacheron that I purchased together back in the day.

Case was tested for 18carat (0.750) at a jeweler. It is absolutely solid gold K18.
