It is in good used condition and comes with the protective chrome plastic shroud or cover at the top where the gas piston is inserted.  

This swivel base has a 5cm opening so will accept any Gas Lift Piston
The distance between wheels at the widest point is approximately 500mm between the castor wheels so its slightly smaller than standard bases which are approximately 550-580mm
