Used, in nice working condition.   The ear pads are worn down, and I would recommend replacing with new pads.  Also the pad on the top head piece, interested is an upper and lower pad, the pad that rests on your head is nice, the upper pad is slightly wearing away from deteriorating a little, could also be replaced possibly.  Other than the wear mentioned,  unit works great, comes in case with extention audio cable shown.
