Elie Anatole Pavil was born in Ukraine in 1873. He arrived in Paris in 1891
and exhibited his first works in Paris from 1904 then until 1929 at the Salon des Peintres de Paris, then at the Salon des Artistes Indépendants, at the Salon des Artistes Français and at the Salon d'Automne. The privileged themes of Elie Anatole PAVIL are the landscapes of Paris, the parks and the Parisian gardens.
