Possible causes could be due to the lighting, photo angle, photo background, item material (shiny/raised/glitter), how the photo was taken (camera/phone/iPad), how the listing is viewed (PC/phone/iPad), the Buyer's color perception, etc.
The Buyer will receive the actual item listed regardless if stock photo(s) and/or actual photo(s) are used. Additional photos will be provided upon request.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY All items are shipped through the USPS & include a tracking number. The Delivery Date provided by ebay is an estimated date and should not be considered a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping costs paid by the Buyer are Non-Refundable.
RETURN POLICY Returns are free and accepted within 30 days of receipt unless noted otherwise. Shipping costs paid by the Buyer are Non-Refundable. Refunds are issued after the item has been inspected & no issues were found. The Buyer will NOT receive a refund if the original tag(s) are not attached and/or missing, the item was used/worn, the item is damaged, the item is missing pieces (care card, button, dust bag, etc.) or the item has an odor (smoke, perfume, body, etc.). ERRORS & OMISSIONS Availability of an item is subject to change due to errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after the item has been purchased. Errors, inaccuracies or omissions will be corrected where discovered, and the Seller reserves the right to cancel an order. The Buyer will be notified through ebay messaging and the Seller will request permission to cancel the order on the Buyer's behalf. Seller will refund the Buyer once permission has been received. |
