I know this is Hallmark because I bought it there. It is unmarked. These bells are 7 inches long and 3.5 inches at the widest part. Gold organza ribbon. Pretty sound. Some minor scratches but they are hard to see because they are very reflective. See photos for condition. I take photos with my iPhone.
