Gorgeous antique 19th-Century, c 1860,  Japanese Imari porcelain vase

Lovely baluster shape and hand painted in relief floral design in the traditional Imari colors of blue, red, gold, green

Cylindrical body and long neck, flared mouth with shaped rim

Rich polychrome in relief decoration with a floral background

Marked on the underside with a six signed red mark of Zoshuntei Sanpo ( Hisatomi Yojibei Masatsune,  one of the first potters in the area of Arita ), this mark was used between 1842 and 1870

Excellent condition, a couple of very little spots with missing paint, which you can only discover with zoom lens, because of the opulent pattern, one of the white flowers on top has a layer with different structure, I think it is due to the fabrication

Stunning decorative piece
