Although this case is labeled Les Paul and has obviously held a Les Paul in the past, it is more suited
for your vintage SG (too shallow for Les Paul headstock tilt)

Sturdy Wood shell, with finger-jointed square corners; not the rounded-corners cardboard one (look for the square corners with metal corner pieces)

Rectangle case, Max interior width (at lower bout) 13.5", max. interior length 40.75"

Some silicone regluing of interior partitions- overall fairly neat, but definitely not original. Interior otherwise clean and Original with no major stains or tears.

Case- top only- did show some separation at all four corner joints (pic), but all loose finger joints have now been reglued with Titebond III- still detectable but rock solid (see last two corner pics). Case is structurally sound.

Exterior Very Nice-
tolex fabric generally good shape with good color, logos clearly legible top and bottom; one long end scratch (pic), otherwise just small nicks and tears

All metal- latches, hinges, corners, and bumpers are complete, working fine, and show little to no rust!

  Original handle complete and solid

Vintage aroma, but not overpowering. Stored in non-smoking household past 30 years.

All-in-all a good solid home for your vintage late 60's, early 70's Gibson solid-body.
