PACKAGING:


I know that the typewriter will take a long journey so it must be perfectly protected. I also buy typewriteres and I know that there is nothing worse than getting typewriter that is broken. All the items are carefully wrapped with different layers of bubble, plastic bottles, styrofoam and then I put into a hard box. Each item  will be nicely and securely packed to protect against unwanted damage during  transit.

 

SHIPMENT:


Your package will be shipped from Poland. I ship worldwide with insurance and tracking. Dispatch is made within 48 hours after.


1) Economy Shipping (sea transport) – usually it takes from 15-21 working days (can be even more). It is estimated time and depends on various factors: customs checks, bank holidays, weather, etc. With economy shipment package is insured and the tracking number is provided. Don't worry about the time of delivery. In each case I will try to help and inform about the current status of shipment.

If in your opinion there is a delay in delivery or you have another issue, I ask you, to contact me first  before opening a case! Ebay has set very strict standards for sellers, and each opening of a case will causes negative impacts of  the seller`s performance.


2) Priority Shipping - If you want to get the package faster, you can choose air way delivery. Estimated time of delivery is cca 4-8 working days.Of course it is provided insurance and tracking number.

DAMAGES:

Even if the typewriter is fully protected sometimes (only occasionally, 99,9% of all packages) occur damages during delivery time. All the packages are double checked and are sent only if very well packaged. But If the product arrives damaged, you must photograph the item and the damaged packaging, directly inform the courier, postman (at the door)  In otherwise there is no chance to put a claim to the shipping agency. Please be aware that I can't be responsible for for any damages that occur after the typewriter has been shipped. But also be aware that I make everything to avoid situation in which your typewriter is damaged. Usually If something is wrong I take the part of the responsibilty and send some refund by paypal.

ABOUT REFUNDS AND RETURNS:

Full refunds (also with shipping cost) are acceptable only if the item was completely different to the one depicted in the listning. If in your opinion there are discrepancies between the actual condition  and that in the listning, please write to me, If it is true I will give you a refund. 


In case of returns please inform me about it first. It must be done within 14 days after delivery. Remember please that the item that is returned must be in the same condition as you have received. After that I will send the money back by paypal. The buyer is responsible for all the shipping costs and other charges (both ways).
