The system is bios locked and password is unknown, may be an easy fix for someone with the knowledge.

On startup it displays no bootable device, then the system boot menu has no options available, will not boot off a windows recovery USB drive either.

The machine has been opened up and unfortunately has some bubbling under the screen as shown, see all photos for full details and condition.
