Made by the Fujigen factory in 1982, the EG-600P was an unofficial Peter Frampton model made by Greco and was available in traditional Frampton Ebony and also this lovely Cherry Sunburst. Full Gibson Les Paul Custom aesthetic, it's built with a chambered mahogany body, maple top, slim 60's style neck profile and a bound rosewood fingerboard and weighs a very reasonable 3.7kg's. Loaded with three Maxon branded U-1000 humbuckers and Greco branded tuners, it appears to be all original except for a new set of knobs and possibly an aftermarket tailpiece.
Good overall vintage condition with some dings and blemishes. This one came to us with a very minor headstock break near the volute that we had repaired in-house with an un-invasive injection of glue followed by a buff and touch up so it's smooth to the touch and rock solid. Given a full professional setup prior to listing including a partial fret level, fret polish, fretboard oil and truss adjustment.
