Beautiful artisan piece

Functional ( insert holds water - tested )

Left water in metal insert for about an hour and it did not leak. Did not test longer than this and this is how we are selling this vase as best to our knowledge and limited testing. ..as is

I would never put water in a vintage piece on top of something without protection.
