Up for your consideration is the new with tags super soft sweater from Torrid.  This is a size 5 or 28X.  Its hooded with a V-neckline and a kangaroo style pockets on front.  It is tunic length and will look great with leggings or skinny jeans.  It's a beautiful light cream neutral color and will look good with so much!  It is very lightweight, so on cold days you may want to wear a cami underneath to help stay warm.
