Payment and Price:  The price covers only the occupancy of the Rental Unit during the Reservation Dates and does not cover  other expense incurred by the renter in relation to this reservation.  At the time of payment, the reservation will be changed to add the renter’s name.  A copy of the reservation confirmation will be emailed to the renter.  

Renter Requirements and Responsibilities:  The renter must be 21 years or older with photo id at check-in per resort policy (not including guests).  The renter must adhere to all Harborside Resort at Atlantis Rules and Regulations and is responsible for any damage, loss or theft incurred while renting the unit.  A valid credit card will be required at check-in. The renter agrees to pay for any and all incidental charges imposed by the resort including, but not limited to:  telephone and/or internet charges; food, beverage or any other room charges; other charges of the resort for optional services or the use of facilities; additional taxes; charges for damages, repairs, or replacement of furnishings missing from the room inventory after your occupancy of the unit.
