Field House Cottage is a recently refurbished self catering Cumbrian slate holiday cottage, in the stunningly beautiful Lake District National Park, in Cumbria. Now a World Heritage UNESCO site.

Set in an idyllic spot, this Cumbrian slate cottage is perfect for couples who are looking for a peaceful romantic getaway with panoramic fell views.

The open plan living space has everything you need to have a home from home with all mod cons, including a dishwasher and laundry room.

The kitchen is fully equipped, but with hotel bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk away, you may be tempted by some fine dining.

 

View from the Bedroom and Hot Tub is towards High Spy and Maiden Moor. Views from the drive of Derwentwater, Skiddaw and Catbells. Don't forget to pack your walking boots, Borrowdale Valley offers spectacular walks to suit all. Alfred Wainwright fans may know, The 'Jaws of Borrowdale' in the Lake District is the area Wainwright called 'the loveliest square mile in Lakeland.'

Keswick has plenty of shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants. There is also a local spa 10 min walk away from Field House Cottage, but you have a private sanitized hot tub if you need to relax those tired leg muscles.

Wonderful Kingsize four poster bed. There is an en-suite shower room with plenty of hot water. It has underfloor heating and a log burner.

The use of wood, electricity, bed linen, robes, towels and Wi-Fi is provided in the price, along with a little welcome pack with hand sanitiser. 

The Laundry room is in a separate area with washing machine and tumble dryer, which is shared with other guests. 

There is a private garden with garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. 

No smoking.
