In the publisher's original quarter cloth binding with paper covered boards. Externally, sound with slight rubbing to the extremities. Slight bumping, heavier to the rear. Light damp staining to the boards, heavier to the rear. Lewis's Library label to the front board. Bookplate and bookseller label to the front paste down. Ink inscription to the front endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright and clean.
