Paul-Émile Lecoq de Boisbaudran (1838-1912) was a chemist who specialized in spectrography. He was the inventor of Gallium, and is credited with the discoveries of samarium and dysprosium. Prior to receiving this medal, one of the five gold medals awarded during the Universal Exhibition of 1878 in class 53, he was also made a knight of the Legion of Honor in 1876.

Orders within the United States under $2,000 will be shipped for free via USPS Priority mail or by FedEx and include insurance.
