We guarantee our product with this size chart. If the received item is not accordant, please send us a photo with actual measurement. We will check to send you replacement or refund

Processing and handling:

This is Print on Demand (PoD) product, it will take 2 – 6 working day for production. Items which have QC issues may need more time for production.

Shipping/ Transit time:

Standard shipping/transit times apply 4-7 working days for domestic and 7-15 working days for international.

Cancellation:

We can only accept the cancellation if item is still in processing. We have no way to hold item once it is in production stage. Normally items will be put in production 1 day after purchasing.

Refund/ replacement/ return policy

Please contact us within 30 days after receiving item for any question. Basically, we are not able to offer refund/ return/ replacement due to wrong selection of color, size, purpose by customers.
