This is a new and unused Kalloy Uno quill stem from the early 1990s.

It is 130mm long with a slight rise. It fits 25.4mm handlebars and 1 in steerer tubes.

It has a lot of small marks in the finish from storage.

It is still in perfect working order.

Perfect for a retro MTB build.
