Shipping & Returns
Once payment has been completed we will ship your order within one working day, or the same working day if the order is placed before 9am. All orders include free postage and packaging. Large Letters are dispatched via Royal Mail 48 and Parcels are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48. An option with express delivery is also available for an additional fee. International postage is also available.
In the unlikely event that you no longer require the item you have 30 days from purchase to return the item. Please ensure items are returned with original packaging in a resalable condition, if not we may not be able to offer a refund. Once we receive the item an immediate refund will be issued.
