Pictured is an early red & white sponged-decorated spatterware dinner plate.  The red sponged coloration is seldom
seen & is quite visually effective.  It measures 7/8" in height, 9 1/8" in diameter, & dates from 1880 - 1915.  It's in very good condition with several pin head size nicks/slivers on the outside border edge, see pics.  There is a stamp on the backside but I am unable to make it out in full.  It reads "SF - GERMANY" and perhaps the city "Schernberg".
