The LM8-2 is a two-way loudspeaker system with a high power handling capacity, specifically designed for use as a stand-alone full-range system. It can also be used in conjunction with a passive subwoofer (e.g., LM10-1) or as a Mid/High component in active multi-way setups, with the recommended active crossover frequency set between 100 to 150 Hz. Its half-sided trapezoidal-shaped enclosure makes the LM8-2 suitable as a monitor speaker system, especially for keyboard applications.

This speaker system reproduces the Lo-Mid range (80 Hz to 7 kHz) through a Dynacord 8" woofer (357794), while high-range frequencies above 7 kHz are transmitted via a Dynacord HFT 3008 Constant Directivity Horn system. The LM8-2 incorporates thermal breakers and halogen protectors to prevent damage to the loudspeaker components from critical output levels and short-term thermal overload. The cabinet, constructed from 16 mm Mediapan, features slotted and glued connections for enclosure parts and internal bracing.

The cabinet's surface is coated with a durable matte black structure lacquer, and front protection is provided by a robust metal grille. The terminal board includes two Speakon female-type connectors for a secure and trouble-free signal connection. Easy transportation is ensured by a recessed handle on the side, and versatile loudspeaker setups are facilitated by four heavily dimensioned rubber foot stands, a pole-mount sleeve-joint recessed in the bottom side, and the cabinet's half-sided trapezoidal shape.

The Monitors are in good used condition. They have some usage markson the sides. Some small pieces of wood visible. Beside that the speakers are in ggood condition. They have been tested and work perfect
