At A Session of the said Assembly, which was begun and held in the State House, at the city of Annopolis, in the county of Anne-Arundel, on the last Manday of December, (to wit, the twenty-seventh day of the month, A. D. 1830, prsuant to the Constitution and Form of Government of the said State, and concluded on Thursday the Twenty-Fourth day of February A. D. 1831 in the 55th year of the independence of the united States Of America
