 HOW WE RATE THE CONDITION OF OUR MEDIA

We will never  rate a media as ?Like New? unless it is in new condition.

Here is how we rate all our media. (DVD?s, Blu-ray, Video Games etc).

 

Excellent - Item that has been used but is in excellent condition. No damage to the jewel case or item cover, no scuffs, scratches, cracks, or holes. The cover art and any inlays / manuals are included. 

Very Good- An item that has been used but is in very good condition. No damage to the jewel case or item cover, no scuffs, scratches, cracks, or holes.

Good - May have minor damage to jewel case or item cover, including scuffs, cracks, or scratches. 

Acceptable - item that has obvious and significant wear but is still in usable condition. May have tears or holes in jewel case. Video game instructions and box may not be included.

 

Most of our listings only have stock photos to show a representation of the product you will receive.  In unique circumstances, the condition may be of a similar or a better quality than the listing image.

 DISPATCH TIME

 Our aim is to dispatch within 2 days of receiving your order.  Delays can occur due to issues out of our control, but we aim to keep you updated with courier information and tracking uploaded upon dispatch.

We use a variety of postal services and couriers as such the "estimated" day of arrival provided by eBay may sometimes be incorrect due to factors outside of our control.

If buying multiple items, we may use an alternative courier for better insurance and tracking needs value dependent.

In the rare event of item's being lost in transit, we ask you remain patient, contact us via the message centre explaining that you have yet to receive the item.

NON-UK BUYERS

We do ship outside of the UK, however we use the eBay Global Shipping program for this so we do not have a say in the shipping cost?s as these are set by bay!
