Box/Case - Looks like it has just been taken out of the shrink wrap.
Manual/Spine - Pristine condition.

Very Good:
Disc/Cartridge – This item is used but has minimal flaws/marks, if any.
Box/Case – Used but in excellent condition overall, minimal marks/scuffs.
Manual/Spine – Excellent, no creases, rips or fanned corners.

Good:
Disc/Cartridge – Used but in decent condition, may have minor scuffs, marks or scratches.
Box/Case – Decent structural condition but could have some cracks/scratches.
Manual/Spine – Good, usable condition, may have some creases, tears, rips, or fanned corners.

Acceptable:
Disc/Cartridge – Obvious signs of wear and tear but the item will still be in working order.
Box/Case – Will have scratches/tears/ scuffs, will have noticeable damage.
