I recommend and accept PayPal for order payments. All payment is required in full within three business days of the purchase. All shipping costs include administration, packaging & handling, and they are not negotiable. I will, however, gladly combine shipping costs for the order of multiple products. Please confirm your bulk order within three business days of your initial, then wait for the invoice so I can manually adjust shipping costs before checkout.

I understand how important it is for the next addition to your collection, or a gift to a loved one, to be sealed and in mint condition. If your online order has been damaged in transit, please send me a message within 30 days of purchase with the order number and images of the damage.

If your item isn't as advertised or has a manufacturing error, I will issue you a replacement or a refund. For me to assist you, please provide me with proof of purchase within 30 days of the transaction. By law of the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC), I am not required to provide you a refund or replacement if you change your mind when purchasing through my store.

I use Australia Post for shipping my products, both domestically and internationally. And there's no corner of the globe I don't ship to. After placing your order, I will invoice you with the AP postage quote. Once confirmed, I will ship your order within 1-3 business days and send you the tracking number.

Though I'm located in and ship from Australia, I market my pops on the US site for exposure. This does tend to fiddle with the shipping location and costs. To counter this, I'm experimenting with a convoluted shipping system to ensure shipping costs worldwide or within Australia are as they should be. Since the US market ensures domestic shipping is within the US, the Standard and International shipping cost is the same everywhere except Australia, which should have its own eBay shipping cost. This system is new and rather experimental, so I apologise if it doesn't function at all.

If your next collectible or gift needs to be shipped to you quickly, please drop me a message in the Checkout detailing your preferred shipping method. Depending on your location -  for example, if you are overseas - I'll calculate your postage costs and let you know as soon as possible. Upon receiving payment, I will ship your order within 1-3 business days.

Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate customer pickup at the facility.

If any of the items you've ordered are out of stock, or if the shipping cost is too high, I will issue you a full refund within 1-3 business days.

Photos included are of the exact vinyl figure you are receiving, so please check them carefully for defects, sticker marks, etc. All of my vinyls come with a free Pop! Protector for the box (except for larger 6" pops and Pop! Rides), and each order comes with enough air pillows (or packing material if the air pillow packaging machine breaks) in the box to hopefully prevent the pops from moving around.

Bundles or sets will have a free protector case for all included pops, soft or hard stack based on individual value.

Bulk orders will have less packing material due to reduced space, but will still be enough so they don't move around.
