This is a crazy cool, rare & untouched all original late 1969 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe from a very transitional year for  Gibson before the 70’s guitar push started as these changed drastically just post-1970. It’s an early Deluxe model in the very desirable Gold Top finish over the 1st of the sandwich bodies w/its natural finished figured mahogany back & neck. Its early 3-piece mahogany neck feels fabulous w/its trapezoid inlaid rosewood fingerboard. It’s got no dot in its Gibson logo from 1969. It has NO “made in USA” stamp but does sport a tiny 1st type volute. It’s loaded w/a set of Mini-Humbucker pickups along w/Pot Codes dating to the 10th week of 1970. Its original Kluson Deluxe tuners work well. It's got its ABR-1 Bridge & it’s now wearing a set of black pickup surrounds & pickgard but the original cream parts are coming. It’s super clean all over having somer back weather checking but no real play time at all. It’s 100% original, 9 lbs. 7 oz. & truly exceptional overall. She comes in a nice original Black Tolex/yellow lined hard case.
