I was able to set the date but not able to configure the month and year according to the instructions. Citizen posts instructions for all their movements online. This is movement E812 and I followed all the reset and setting instructions but could not get it to set up the year according to leap years, or the month, which you are supposed to be able to set using the second hand in setting mode. I could set the day of the month successfully.

The watch is pre-owned in nice condition overall, with a few minor scratches and wear marks on the clasp, bracelet, crystal, and case. PLEASE SEE PHOTOS FOR PICTURES OF THE WATCH AND CONDITION. The bracelet is sized for about a 7 1/2" wrist and links can be removed to fit smaller wrists.
